ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Order online. You will receive an email confirming acceptance and information of cost and delivery time.
Customers are required to check that delivery address and details are correct on receipt of this email. BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK should be notified immediately of any discrepancies.
We cannot guarantee that colours and details in mages are accurate representations of the product. The customer for all upholstery products prior to placing the order should request samples.
PAYMENT
You will be charged for the whole amount of the order when the order is created.
DELIVERY
We offer free delivery. When your order is in stock, a specific day and time slot for delivery (usually within one week) will be arranged with you. We deliver nationally all through the week usually between 8am and 6pm. We need to see your payment card and obtain a signature on delivery.
We deliver to anywhere in UK excluding Channel Islands (furniture is not delivered to highlands of Scotland and non-mainland UK). We do not delivery outside the UK.
All other deliveries including specific delivery instructions, timed deliveries and an unpacking and installation service are all chargeable as an extra.
Normal delivery time is 6 – 8 weeks. This can be longer during Christmas and August shutdown and you will be advised of delivery time when placing the order. Whilst BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods as soon as possible, delivery time cannot be guaranteed and BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK shall not be responsible for any delay in the delivery however caused. BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK shall be entitled to make partial deliveries or deliveries by instalment.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed cannot be cancelled, nor orders in the process of manufacture altered without written consent from BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK.
DAMAGE OR FAULTY WORKMANSHIP
BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK reserves the right to repair of replace, damaged or faulty merchandise at their own direction. If an item is damaged in transit, BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK must be notified by email immediately upon receipt of such goods. A written and formal confirmation must be received within 3 days otherwise BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK will accept no claim.
RETURNS
No merchandise may be returned to BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK without prior written consent. If returned by agreement, all freight costs must be pre-paid.
SHEDULED DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
If the delivery dates are subsequently varied by the customer, BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK reserve the right to issue their invoice for payment in accordance with the original agreed dates and payment terms. Storage charges for completed goods may subsequently become due.
CHANGES AND VARIATIONS
BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK product s are constantly changing, evolving and improving. The right to change or discontinue at any time without prior notice remains the right of BLACKMAILFURNITURE.CO.UK.
